The little details
One eligible completed direct booking counts as one stay, regardless of the number of nights. Cancelled stays, bookings through other booking sites and historical imports do not earn loyalty credit.
The free bag of logs is earned after your first eligible completed stay, for a future direct stay. Discount rewards are earned after your third and sixth eligible completed direct stays. Rewards cannot be combined with another offer. Code availability, expiry and redemption terms are confirmed when your reward is issued.
You must remain subscribed to Galloway Retreats email marketing to use loyalty benefits. If you unsubscribe, benefits pause. Joining does not create a booking. Use the same email address for your membership and direct bookings so we can match your stays.
